The Artifact Shack will provide ART SUPPLIES ONLY!
Party hosts are responsible for all food and beverages for guests.
Party guests will be able to take home a completed 9x12 work of art, suitable for framing.
Easels, smocks, brushes and paints are the property of The Artifact Shack.
Party Locations 15 miles or more from Southern Pines or Pinehurst, North Carolina
may incur an additional fee.
The Painting Party:
Custom canvas designs will be created and lightly sketched onto each canvas before the event.
Extremely detailed or intricate designs may be charged an additional fee.
Artist will arrive 1 hour ahead of start time to set up for the event.
There will be an artist on-site to assist guests with the painting process.
Painting session will last up to 1.5 hours.
The artist will clean up all paint and supplies after party.
Parties can be held inside or outside - space and weather permitting.
Age Requirements:
Painting parties are fun for all ages!
However, children 6 years and under must have a parent/adult
to help assist them with their painting.
Scheduling & Rescheduling:
Dates and times for painting parties are confirmed upon receipt of the 50% deposit.
Weekends are popular party days so advance requests for dates are recommended!
A painting party can be rescheduled ONE time.
A request to reschedule must be made more than 7 days prior to the event date, and the new date selected must be more than 24 hours from time of request.
What we will need from you:
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date.
Balance is due at the end of painting party.
Table and chairs must be provided by host.
For large parties, an artist's assistant may be necessary and would incur an additional $45 Charge.
Payments & Refund Policy:
Payment accepted through Cash or Venmo ONLY.
No Full or Partial Refunds will be given.
Note: A table cover, and smocks will be provided but painting can sometimes get messy.
The Artifact Shack is not responsible for paint splatters on furniture, walls, floors, clothing, etc.
